Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website and service operated by AI Rapper Generator (airappergenerator.com) ("AI Rapper Generator", "we"). By creating an account or making a video you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One person per account; keep your sign-in email secure, because anyone with access to it can use your credits.

2. Photos and consent

• Upload only photos you have the right to use, of people who are 18 or older and who agreed to appear in a rap video.
• No photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, and no photos of minors.
• You confirm consent before each video. We may remove videos and close accounts that break these rules.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone, to make sexual or hateful content, or to make videos meant to pass as real statements by the people pictured. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

4. AI-generated content and third-party AI models

• Every video is made by third-party AI models. The video itself (faces, lip-sync, beat and stage) is generated by ByteDanceSeedance 2.0 (Pro quality) or Seedance 2.0 Mini (Standard quality). The lyrics are written by a third-party large language model, DeepSeek. We reach these models through the API provider kie.ai, which passes your two photos and your theme text to them to make your video.
• The output is AI-generated content. Likeness, lip-sync, music and lyrics can be imperfect, and the same inputs can give different results. Lyrics are written to be clean for all ages; tell us if anything slips through.
• Do not use the videos to impersonate anyone, to deceive people into thinking the video is real footage or a real statement by the people pictured, or to harass anyone. Do not make videos of celebrities or other public figures, or of minors.

5. Credits and payments

• Videos are paid for with credits. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page; sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where required.
• Payments are processed by Waffo. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• Credits from packs do not expire. Monthly plan credits reset each paid month and do not roll over; plans renew monthly until canceled.
• Refunds follow the refund policy. Credits are taken when you press Generate and returned automatically if the render fails.

6. Your videos: personal and commercial use

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. You let us process them only to make and deliver your videos. As between you and us, you may use the videos you make for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial: posting them on social media, sending them as gifts, or promoting your own business, for example in ads or on your website. You need the consent of everyone pictured for each use, and commercial use is your responsibility toward them. We do not claim ownership of your videos and do not charge royalties. Lyrics and beats are generated for each video and are not copied from existing songs.

7. Storage

Photos are deleted automatically within 2 days (usually after 1 day). Videos are deleted after about 30 days. Download videos you want to keep. See the privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@airappergenerator.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; unused paid credits on a suspended account are handled under the refund policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protection you have under the law of the place where you live.
