Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses airappergenerator.com (the "Platform"), operated by AI Rapper Generator (airappergenerator.com). It covers everything you submit, meaning your photos and the one-line theme you type (including any names in it), and everything the Platform generates for you: lyrics and videos. It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Content standards
The Platform prohibits generating the following six categories of content:
- Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive content. There is no adult or restricted tier: adult content is not allowed on any plan.
- Violence or gore: graphic violence, gore, torture, or real threats against anyone.
- Hate speech: slurs, or content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any sexual or sexualized content involving minors. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed at all.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people: videos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or of any real person who has not agreed to appear, and content that puts words in a real person's mouth to deceive.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: existing song lyrics, famous catchphrases, brand slogans, logos or copyrighted characters, and photos you do not have the right to use.
2.1 Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence, including praise or recruitment.
- Weapons of mass destruction: chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear.
- Incitement to genocide or to hatred against a people, nation or ethnic group.
- Sexual deepfakes of real people made without their consent.
Any of these leads to immediate, permanent suspension of the account and deletion of the content. Where the law requires or allows it, we report it to the competent authorities.
2.2 Generally prohibited conduct
- Spreading misinformation or disinformation.
- Impersonating anyone, or misrepresenting who you are.
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property, likeness (right of publicity) or privacy, including uploading photos of people without their consent.
- Presenting an AI-generated video as real footage or as a real statement by the people in it.
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide, or harassing, bullying or threatening a private person.
- Promoting illegal activity, such as fraud, scams or illegal drugs.
- Bulk or automated generation, scripted sign-ups, or abusing credits and refunds.
- Trying to get around our safety checks, for example with jailbreak prompts or instructions hidden in the theme.
3. Content moderation
We operate a multi-layer moderation system: automated review, human review, and periodic audits.
3.1 Automated review
- Input filter, before any credit is taken. The theme you type, including any names in it, is checked in two steps: first a keyword and pattern filter, in English and Chinese, for sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence and gore, hate speech, terrorism and self-harm; then an AI classifier, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash run through our AI providerkie.ai, which reads the meaning and intent of the text and sorts it into the categories in section 2. If either step finds a problem, the request is refused before it reaches the video model, you are told which kind of content it looked like, and no credits are charged. If the classifier does not answer in time, the request goes ahead and is marked for human review.
- Output filter, before the video is made. The lyric writer is instructed to write clean, all-ages lyrics that name no real celebrity and copy no existing song, and its lines are checked against a blocked-word list. The finished lyrics are then checked again by the same keyword filter and AI classifier before they are sent to the video model. Lyrics that fail are replaced with our built-in, pre-written lyrics, and the event is logged for human review.
- Video provider check. Every video is rendered with the NSFW checker of our video provider (kie.ai, Seedance models) switched on. If it stops a video, the render fails and your credits are refunded automatically.
- Consent. Before every video you must confirm that everyone in the photos is 18 or older and has agreed to be in it, and that there are no public figures.
- Records. Each automated decision is recorded with its category, severity level and action, linked to the account. We do not store the text of your theme or the lyrics with it.
3.2 Human review
Flagged content and user reports are reviewed by the Platform's operator personally. We are a small independent service and do not outsource moderation. To review a report or a flag, the operator may watch the video concerned and look at the account it belongs to.
3.3 Periodic audits
Every week the operator reviews every level 1 and level 2 flag and every request the classifier could not check, and watches a random sample of ten videos generated that week.
3.4 Severity levels

4. Reporting and response times
Report a video or any content that breaks this policy by email to hello@airappergenerator.com. The Report link under each video (on the video page and in My videos) opens an email with the video's ID filled in; you can also write to us with the video link or ID and what is wrong. If someone made a video of you without your permission, tell us; you do not need an account to report.
- Level 1 reports (child safety, terrorism and the other zero-tolerance content) are handled within 24 hours.
- All other reports get a reply within 2 business days.
5. Enforcement and appeals
- Depending on the level, we may refuse a request, replace lyrics, delete videos, give a warning, suspend or close the account, and report content to the authorities.
- Credits spent on a video that is later deleted are not refunded. Unused credits on a suspended account are handled under ourRefund Policy: an unused credit pack bought within the last 14 days can be refunded on request; used or partly used packs are not refundable; a monthly plan is canceled, and the current month is not refunded.
- If you think we got it wrong (a refused request, a deleted video or a suspended account), emailhello@airappergenerator.com with "Appeal" in the subject. The operator reviews every appeal and replies within 2 business days. A refused request costs nothing, so you can also change the theme and try again.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Platform means you accept it. Questions: hello@airappergenerator.com.
