What to include

• A video problem: the link from your browser's address bar on the video page (it ends in ?id=…).
• A payment or refund: the email on your account and the purchase date. See the refund policy first; failed renders are refunded automatically.
• Deleting your account: write from the email on your account. We delete the account, its credits and its videos within 7 days and confirm by email.
• Removing a video of you: if someone made a video of you without permission, send the video link and we will review it within two business days.
