Refund Policy

AI Rapper Generator sells credits that pay for AI video rendering. This policy explains when you get credits or money back. Payments are processed by Waffo, our payment provider, so approved money refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Failed renders: automatic credit refund

Credits are taken when you press Generate and returned automatically if the render fails. A video that is not finished within 30 minutes counts as failed, and its credits go back to your balance. You do not need to contact us. Each failed video is refunded once, and the refund shows in your balance right away.

Unused credit packs: 14 days

You can ask for a money refund of a credit pack (the single video at $8.99 or the 5-video pack at $29.99) within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email hello@airappergenerator.com from the address on your account with the purchase date. When a refund is issued, the pack's credits are removed from your balance.

Used credits are not refundable

Credits that paid for a finished video cannot be refunded, because the rendering cost has already been incurred. Partly used packs are not refundable either.

Monthly plan

The Basic plan ($24.90 a month for 150 credits) can be canceled anytime on the pricing page. Canceling stops future renewals; the current month is not refunded, and your plan credits stay usable until the end of the paid month.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are solved within two business days. Credits from a disputed payment are removed from the account.
